About Us

A different kind of care provider

At White Oak Care, we believe every person deserves a home they feel safe in, support that respects who they are, and a team that genuinely invests in their progress. That belief shapes everything we do.

We are a registered supported living provider working with adults across the UK who have learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, or complex needs. Our approach is simple: we get to know each individual properly, build a support plan around their actual goals, and stay involved as those goals evolve.

We are proud to be regulated by the Care Quality Commission and committed to the highest standards of safeguarding, staffing, and transparency.

Getting Started

How our assessment process works

We have made getting started as straightforward as possible. Here is what happens from your first contact to your support package being in place.

01

Get in touch

Call us, send an email, or submit a referral form whichever is easiest. Our team responds within one working day.

02

Free assessment

We visit the individual (with family or keyworker if preferred) to understand their needs, goals, and preferences properly.

03

A personalised support plan

We design a support package around the person not around what we already have in place and agree a start date together.

Why White Oak Care

Support you can genuinely trust

Choosing a supported living provider is one of the most important decisions a family or commissioner can make. Here is what sets us apart.

Registered with the CQC

White Oak Care is fully registered and regulated by the Care Quality Commission, giving you independent assurance of our standards.

Consistent, trained staff

We invest heavily in training and low staff turnover, so the people who support you are familiar faces who know you well.

Genuinely person-centred

Your support plan is built around your goals and preferences reviewed regularly with you, not for you.

Quality, accessible homes

Our properties are carefully selected and adapted to be comfortable, accessible, and genuinely feel like home.

Safeguarding at our core

Every member of our team is DBS-checked, safeguarding-trained, and supervised. Your safety is non-negotiable.

Transparent communication

We keep families, social workers, and commissioners informed with regular, honest updates no jargon, no surprises.

Our Properties

Homes people are proud to live in

Our properties are carefully chosen and adapted to ensure they are genuinely accessible, comfortable, and safe. We never compromise on the quality of the home because where you live shapes how you live.

Each property has its own character, and we work hard to match individuals to environments where they will feel settled, secure, and part of a community.
